At Al Makkah Perfume Palace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, perfumes and fragrances can only be returned if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours and provide:

- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the received product
- A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the request, we will provide instructions for returning the product if the return is approved.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method and processing time will be communicated by our customer support team.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Products that have been opened or used
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Change of mind or personal preference regarding fragrance
- Products returned without prior approval
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Exchange

If you receive the wrong or damaged product, we may offer a replacement or exchange after verification.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, such as sending the wrong product or a damaged item, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

For other situations, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
