At Al Makkah Perfume Palace, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery

Customers can place their orders through our website and pay in cash when the parcel is delivered to their doorstep.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 2–5 working days. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may apply depending on the order and delivery location. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcel

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid phone number. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number may be provided so you can track your shipment.
